Westchester United F.C. is dedicated to developing strong, well-rounded tactical and technical players in an environment that is safe, nurturing and competitive. Our philosophy is to develop players so that they maximize their potential both as individuals and as soccer players by following the Four Pillars of the game: Technical, Tactical, Strength and Conditioning and Psychological.

Our success is not measured by our results but by inspiring our players to be community leaders, and scholar-athletes whose success off the field strengthens their abilities on the field. Our goal is to create a Developmental Ladder inspired by some of Italy’s most prestigious youth soccer Academies.
