Westchester United F.C. is part of US Youth Soccer Association and Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association. US Youth Soccer is the largest youth sports organization in the United States and was founded in 1974. It has 55 member state associations divided into 4 Regions. Westchester United F.C. is part of Region 1 which includes State Associations such as Eastern NY, Western NY, Maryland, Virginia, and more.
US Youth Soccer provides numerous national, regional and state competitions that we at Westchester United F.C. participate and compete in. These include the following:
1. US Youth Soccer National Championship Series (ENYYSA/NCS State Cup)
2. US Youth Soccer National League & Regional Leagues
In 2018, Westchester United F.C. made the jump from the Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association Premier League, the highest league within Eastern New York to the Region 1 Premier League. This allows our players to play over predetermined weekends in front of college coaches and against the best competition Region 1 has to offer. We continually wish to place our players in an environment where they can learn, compete and develop.
In the Winter of 2018, Westchester United F.C. signed a contract with Rangers F.C. of the Scottish Premier League to become the Official Club Partner here in the United States. This opportunity will allow our Club Families and Players the opportunity to visit Rangers F.C. Training Ground, Stadium, and Scotland twice a year.
